ISSI Observes Kashmir Hour, Expresses Solidarity with Kashmiris

In response to the Prime Minister’s call for solidarity with the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK), Chairman BOG ISSI, Ambassador Khalid Mahmood, Director General ISSI, Ambassador Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry, the directors, researchers and members of staff members of the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) observed the Kashmir Solidarity Hour today at the Institute’s premises. The speakers expressed their condemnation of the brutal suppression of the human rights and the right of self determination of the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir.
Speakers on the occasion, emphatically pointed out that under no circumstances will Pakistan be intimidated by India’s advances and Prime Minister Modi’s fascist agenda. The illegal annexation of Indian-Occupied Kashmir and the atrocities being borne by the Kashmiris need immediate national and international attention and action. The people of Pakistan have always and will continue to stand by the people of Kashmir and will continue to do everything in their power to help their Kashmiri brethren.
The event concluded with a collective prayer for the alleviation of the sufferings of the people of IOK.
