When things begin to happen too rapidly, it can give you goose bumps. It almost seems like we live in a new Pakistan, which has now almost been recaptured from militants. Suddenly, the anti-terrorism courts have begun to work with alacrity, military courts are being established to punish terrorists and the message is out and about that violence will not be tolerated. Even the number of 20-odd civil society people, who would demonstrate in the past, has swelled to a few hundred. Some of these civil society members have even found the extra cash to enable them to travel across the country spreading the good word against zero tolerance for violence.
