Dr. Khurram Abbas

Dr. Khurram Abbas is serving as the Director of the India Study Center (ISC) and Editor at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI). Over a decade, he has extensively worked on the Foreign and Defence Policies of the six GCC states, with particular emphasis on Pakistan-Arab relations, China-Arab relations, and India-Arab relations. Dr. Abbas has authored over twenty research publications including book chapters, research articles, and more than two hundred newspaper articles. He earned his PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Centre for International Peace and Stability (CIPS) at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
