Haris Bilal Malik

Haris Bilal Malik is a Consultant at the China Pakistan Study Centre (CPSC), Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI). He holds an M.Phil. and an M.Sc. in International Relations from the National Defence University, Islamabad. Previously, he held research roles at leading think tanks, including the Centre for Aerospace & Security Studies (CASS) and the Strategic Vision Institute (SVI). Additionally, he served as a Lecturer in the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at Muslim Youth University, Islamabad. His research interests include security studies, with a focus on emerging technologies, South and Central Asian geopolitics, and foreign policy analysis. Over the past decade, he has authored more than 100 analytical pieces, including research papers published in leading international journals.
