Bangladesh Sentences 2 More to Death for 1971 War Crimes

NEW DELHI—A Bangladesh tribunal has sentenced two more men to death for their involvement in killing, kidnapping and looting during the country’s independence war against Pakistan in 1971.

Three judges announced the verdict Tuesday in the presence of the defendants in a packed courtroom in Dhaka, the capital.
