Pakistan Ulema Council meets to reject terrorism

ISLAMABAD:On a slightly chilly night in one of the most important capitals in the world, leading members of the ulema met to discuss the challenges facing Islam and encourage a peaceful path forward. The conference comes on the heels of devastating attacks in Beirut, Baghdad and Paris, with the city of Brussels on lockdown due to credible intelligence pointing to possible attacks.
The Pakistani Ulema Council and Muslim World League met in the Islamabad Hotel for a conference titled “Challenges of the Islamic World and Their Solution.”
