INDIA IS expected to take up the issue of China blocking the move to get Pakistan-based JeM chief Masood Azhar designated as international terrorist during its meetings between Foreign Ministers of the two countries as well as the Special Representatives (SR) for border talks over the next couple of weeks.
While External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will meet Chinese Foreign minister Wang Yi in Moscow on April 18, NSA Ajit K Doval will meet Chinese State Councillor Yang Jiechi on April 21.
