The recent crisis between India and Pakistan following the killing of 26 tourists at Pahalgam, Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), is another manifestation of a familiar pattern. Be it Pulwama or the Pahalgam incident, India wastes no time in blaming Pakistan without holding any worthwhile investigation or sharing a shred of evidence. In the long list of such incidents, the 2000 Chattisinghpura massacre was another instance where Pakistan and the Kashmir resistance forces were blamed by New Delhi without providing any corroborative evidence for the killing of members of the Sikh community.
