Russia, Afghanistan and Central Asia

Mir Sher Baz Khetran works as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Strategic Studies (ISSI), Islamabad. He has done MS.c Political Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University in 2005 and also holds a Law degree.

Khetran joined the Institute in 2009. Apart from regularly contributing to the Institute’s publications, he is also the author of Crisis in Balochistan: A way forward. His area of research is Balochistan and Central Asia.
