Ms. Mahwish Hafeez joined the Institute of Strategic Studies on November 22, 2006 as Research Fellow. Since then she has been focusing on South Asian Affairs. She holds a Masters degree in Defence and Diplomatic Studies from the Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, and Bachelor’s degree with majors in Journalism and Sociology. She has several publications to her honour and has represented the institute in many national and international seminars/Conferences.
