NEW YORK: Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry has said that Pakistan had been obliged to develop its nuclear capability for self-defence and deterrence.
He was delivering a statement here at the UNGA Sidelines Event on Commemoration of International Day for the Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons.
