Military Operations are necessary in the modern world despite having effects on the environment, but these activities cause the atmosphere to retain heat and cause global warming.[1] The article will discuss how arms control and climate change are interconnected. Activities like armed conflicts, the carbon footprint of armies, and the harmful effects of nuclear weapons have a profound connection to climate change. It is imperative to also look upon the advancements in Military spending globally and compare it to the spending on climate financing.
