ISLAMABAD: The United Nations on Monday led the international response to the massive Badakhshan earthquake by offering help in providing relief to the victims of the massive earthquake in Pakistan.
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Pakistan in a media statement said: “The United Nations and its humanitarian partners stand ready to support the government’s ongoing relief effort for the people affected by the earthquake and mobilise any support, if requested.”
