The Arms Control & Disarmament Centre (ACDC) at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) hosted a three-membered delegation from the Pakistan Nuclear Society (PNS) on December 21, 2020. Dr. Imtinan Elahi Qureshi, President-elect PNS, headed the delegation. The other members of the delegation were Mr. Waqar Ahmad Butt and Dr. Shazia Fatima.
Malik Qasim Mustafa, Director ACDC, moderated the event. He first briefed the participants on the working of the ISSI and what the ACDC had accomplished since its establishment on October 30, 2019. He also enlightened the participants about the ACDC Vision 2023. Dr. Imtinan Elahi Qureshi, President-elect PNS, greatly appreciated the working of the Centre. He briefed the participants about the organisational structure and working of the PNS that was established in 1991.
